Nice ...an asymmetrical sponson design...is the rears that way as well? Tub looks really narrow.

The rears are symetrical. They have the same job to do, the fronts have very different jobs side to side. Originally the prototype had non trips on the left side only, but the current version does not .The tub is narrow and requires a custom mount.

The performance is very good. In it's first race, the prototype won the NAMBA National championship in G-1 Hydro. This boat is an exact copy.

How was the handling in the rough water conditions did it get out of shape at any time? Is it flighty or rock solid stable...if it won g1 its a beast...would like to see one run...

It is very stable and smooth on the water. Goes where you point it.

yes they are. I know Mark has sold a couple already to some local guys. Might be a few left since he was building them in batches. He will chime in soon.

Of the current batch of 5, 3 are sold. Tub is glass, sponsons are wood/foam. If interested shoot me a PM.

Not my favorite project, but nobody makes the rudder that I want. Every piece of hardware except the strut blade is custom for this boat. All hand cranked. Rudder blades are 6 operations with 4 fixtures.
