His Son lives in memphis, We are only 30 mins apart. But I think he has quit making flow meters.

Yup, all parts are available at grainger to build the old style propane ones...
Maybe someone can weigh in with what type air pump they use in the battery powered type??
It should be fairly easy to build one from scratch..
