Silver & black lapcat

this boat originally came from John capp then went to Steven kinney were it's now found a new home with me were she got fitted with a nice polished k&B 7.5 this boat was very clean no repaint needed with the silver n black color scream the polished motor made it all pop.just gotta work on hardware now.

Lap Cat II was the first boat I ever rigged and ran. MANY years ago! Looks good, have fun with it.

If that motor has not been run since its been polished MAKE DARN SURE you take it apart and FULLY CLEAN IN.. (Put the parts in the dishwasher ON HOT clean).. or.. you are about to have a VERY bad day.

Hey grim it was gutted when I got it basically just An empty casing & lower leg I completely rebuilt it new crank,rod,piston & sleeve & yes it's been broke in & run & runs very well.thanks for the advise though I appreciate it.thanks mp

Hey grim it was also already polished when I got it again it was basically just an empty casing with lower leg Wich I rebuilt with new crank,rod,piston & sleeve & after rebuild I Ran & broke it in & continue to run it & runs well.again thanks for that advice I appreciate it much.thanks mp

i also had a lap cat 2 for my first boat, i had a red head pro on it and it was overpowered, but i did get a lot of practice flushing water out of the motor when it blew over though. fun boat, good luck with it

Same here, first nitro boat, ( late 80's ) lots of fun for many years, still have it. Silver / Black looks great!
