Joe, we live in an era where everything is political in nature, and in most instances, people are choosing to make things all about themselves.

This nation's in the shape that it's in due to Americans screwing Americans.

Could go further on this matter, but why?....nobody wants to hear the truth, virtually no accountability anymore, blame gaming, people seem to think everything's all about themselves....and America's adversaries are feeding right into it.

I am sorry to hear this Fred. I can only imagine what could have made you want to do this. I am looking forward to seeing this resignation letter and believe the BOD owes the membership the truth about why our president resigned and was not voted out by the membership. Hopefully, the BOD is representing what the boaters are wanting since that's what they are voted in for. I appreciate your passion for growing the hobby overall not just a class of boating or organization. Looking forward to seeing you at the races!

I had heard that there was some discontent among some of the IMPBA guys about Fred's support of the Shootout. I can't imagine. Between the two organizations we are less that 3K members in total. This what I meant about not seeing the forest for the trees. In the end this is about having fun, this does not sound like it is part of the recipe.

I was looking forward to it also. Something bad had to of happen for someone to just stop being president. I feel like being called a former IMPBA president would be a nice asterisk next your name.

Isn't this about racing model boats, and having fun? We get to see new ideas, make new friend, find ways to solve problems, do some traveling. Ex spanned your horizons. I mean really the pond is big enough for us all to play. Let's find way to work together, not way to divide.
