Every thing I've read here today Tom, is great new and take my hat off to you for your great commitment and the challenge to get it right. Wish I was there to witness all the new and upcoming changes, Best of LUCK TO YOU !!

Great Tom, need to get the hop out. What do you think is causing that ?? I can see, coming out pin 3 and going into pin 4, but, in the middle of the straight ?? The Envy is fast !! have you a GPS on it ?? Is there play in the rudder steering block pins, if so take brake clean on the pin --- blow dry --- then put 2 drops of Medium CA and use your finger to push down the CA into the pin and bushing area, top and bottom, NO HARDENER YET, and let dry (DO NOT MOVE IT YET). After a few minutes, add enough CA to cover the entire pin and bushing (first on the bottom and then the top) and use the kicker to harden it. Let dry a few minutes again. Now, you will notice "ON MY !! IT DON'T MOVE", don't worry !! OK !! now take your hand and brake the rudder BLOCK free. It will be a little stiff, so work it back and forward to free it up, but you will notice no wobble, front to back and side to side AT RUDDERS BOTTOM TIP. GOOD LUCK !!
