While I didn't see Trump's speech, I figured it had to do with a run at the White House again. Here's what I found as a response to his speech:
 
And now we have A G Garland appointing a special council to try and take down Donald Trump AGAIN!!!!!!
Somehow, I don't think it will go very far as, if I've learned anything about the soon to be chairman of the oversight committee, he won't allow funding to go to Garland's "attack dog's witch hunt"

It's not under the chairman of the oversight committee's control:

§ 600.8 Notification and reports by the Special Counsel.
(a) Budget.

(1) A Special Counsel shall be provided all appropriate resources by the Department of Justice. Within the first 60 days of his or her appointment, the Special Counsel shall develop a proposed budget for the current fiscal year with the assistance of the Justice Management Division for the Attorney General's review and approval. Based on the proposal, the Attorney General shall establish a budget for the operations of the Special Counsel. The budget shall include a request for assignment of personnel, with a description of the qualifications needed.

(2) Thereafter, 90 days before the beginning of each fiscal year, the Special Counsel shall report to the Attorney General the status of the investigation, and provide a budget request for the following year. The Attorney General shall determine whether the investigation should continue and, if so, establish the budget for the next year.
 
The Biden administration will go down in history as the worst, most corrupt and incompetent administration ever. Speaking as a moderate who leans to the right, Trump and the Republican party better get their act together and develop a plan quickly.........they blew the mid terms because of their in fighting and arrogance.....they have no one to blame but their own party. I absolutely do NOT want another 4 years of this garbage.
 
Some people have blinders on and can't see how the current administration has ruined this Country. Inflation up the ass, no products, Zip kits, Blazer marine, no plywood. Gas double the price and no fossil fuel that makes this Country run. The problem is the ignorant voters that keep putting the same incompetent people in office. Try to name 1 good thing this President has done.

True, Brad, but at the same time, we have to look at what he's done for other countries:
  1. Green lighting the Nordstream II pipeline for Putin
  2. Not holding China accountable for anything, let alone the pandemic
  3. Selling oil to China from the "strategic reserve" while the US fuel prices skyrocket and many have to decide whether they want to freeze or be hungry due to energy and food costs
  4. Opening the border to allow illegal immigrants into the US
I'm sure I could come up with a lot more but why? I think these four make my point
