Good luck to everyone in the path of this storm. I still have a lot of friends and family from Naples to Tampa. We always rode out the storm but we always caught hell on the beach. Hope all are safe...

Looks like its going to make landfall as a Cat 3 in Venice sometime tomorrow. I feel awful for those South of where i live but feeling very blessed at the moment....... it ain't over yet.

We will be sending your way. Keep your batteries ready. Both my units at Watts Bar Nuclear at at 100% generation.

Tom,
Interstate 75 South through TN has been packed with bucket trucks followed by the support electrician crews in vans. Tons of Carpenters. Electricians, Masons, etc, etc. Lot of help heading your way. I hope there is enough lodging. That is the reason they go early.

Maybe in a day or two I can tell you what it's like in the eye of a Hurricane. Couple of not fun days ahead. Big question is when we lose power then how long do I have to run generators. And chain saws.

Just finished getting our home & mom's ready about 2 hours ago. Luckily we live only 1/2 mile apart. Nice part about RC boating, I can use the generator from the boat trailer during hurricanes.

Everybody north of Bonita be ready for this one, and I'll see you at the bigger pond.
Stay safe.

Hoping the best for you guys Mic- your getting punched in the face right about now. We are saying a prayer.
Tampa hasnt been too bad YET , our biggest threat will be wind.

My prayers out to all in the affected areas. Stay safe. Tomorrow everything will pass and reconstruction will begin. Tom Ralph everybody else stay safe. SC , NC, VA start getting ready, move inland. This is bigger than Hugo.

Massive damage in the Ft Myers general locale all the way up to Englewood. Boca Grande ,Cayo Costa , Cape Coral ,etc all took a major hit . Marinas are in bad shape. Today will be a very long day for so many....

Watching the news from across the pond, looks like you are taking a hard beat 😰
Stay safe, guys
