We're having this race to promote model boating and cooperation. Both organizations will benefit this type of race. That being said, we're still a bunch of loudmouth toy boat racers, so a good trash talking thread is needed. This will be the place for it. Please keep all your comments clean, but have fun. There will be a "best keyboard trash talker award" given at the race.

I'll start. Richard jumped the start with announcing the race in the NAMBA Propwash. You NAMBA guys are already a lap down.
 
Don't know about the other NAMBA districts but, here in D8, I've seen a scale boat jump and still win without any boats getting a DNF

Actually Fred, my timing was perfect!

I posted just the logo on Facebook yesterday and as of this morning we have 13 comments, 31 shares and 89 members.

I didn’t jump the start, you were just late on the buzzer, but don’t worry I’ll show you how its done!

Later this week we will be posting more details about the race, who’s sanctioning the race, rules, classes offered and sign-up information.

This race is to promote RC model boating, no matter the organization. We are like minding people that enjoy this great hobby. Let’s represent our organizations with respect and celebrate our victories and new friendships made.

I look forward to seeing you there!

You IMPBA guys are so slow that us NAMBA guys can be in the next heat and still beat you! LOL🤪
