Yes but only at the Charleston race last year could not find the combination of pipe and needle to get it to come on the pipe did not get to test boat after I put it together

Forgive me for stepping in here.
Brand new is, new out if the box to look at it. Never seen fuel, never run.
An engine run for an hour (on the bench or in a boat) is no longer brand new. It is used.
