great idea, will this tool work on quickdraw header springs? these springs are under a lot of tension

I can make you one with .062 wire, it should work. The one in the picture is .032 wire, they work great for the nitro engines .

very good bob, i will test your item on gas header springs and let you know how they work out, been installing header springs for years with a pair of needlenose pliers, time to get out of the stone age! thanks bob
