Works in glass by Dale Chihuly on display at the Seattle Center

So are these old pictures? Current pictures? If so how long will they be on display or are they always on display? I ask because I may be going to that area in September to see on of my kids and I may go in person. My daughter loves glass like this.

It's a permanent facility at the Seattle Center called Chihuly Garden and Glass for Chihuly's art exclusively, but the displays can change from time to time to keep it fresh.

The photos don't do it justice either. If someone's in Seattle for a visit it's a must. Also, there's the Hydroplane and Race Boat Museum in Kent just south of Seattle.

Both of those sound awesome. I will definitely tell my daughter about the Chihuly Garden and the glass. She would love to see that. I am sure they are more beautiful in person. Her and her husband are moving out to that area in 2 weeks, he's a Navy diver. I will tell her to wait on me to visit in September (If I make it, still working on that) before she goes. I've been searching things to do while out there. Looks like I won't have time to do everything I want to do already. Gives me a reason to go back out. Thanks for the info.

Untouched from a cell phone- he was on a white vinyl fence - I did rotate the pic. I actually had to follow him around a bit to get the shot and he kept running, that why he has crap all over him . lmao

Awesome pic, it's amazing how good some of the cell phone cameras are.

This is fun, thanks too all that have shared and I encourage all to join and share-
It truly is just paying attention to your surroundings and capturing them as "you" see them.

True words - Soooo many people just go about life and don't take a min here and there to appreciate what's right in our faces. Case in point- I had a trainee with me a few months ago and as we where working , I said - hey look an Eagle- soring right over us and low- he says I have never seen one before in the wild, lol. I asked, when's the last time you looked ??? There are several nesting pairs in our area that I see regularly, He sent me a pic of one a week later. Good man !!!
beautiful things to admire. If we all just took a break and observe we would see so much more to life.

@Jeff Barnes So you're going to the UP. Do you live there or work there? It's been a long time since I crossed the Mac. This the interior light house in Munising MI. I use to live in that last house on the left, way back when.
