Rigid, DeWalt and some others make nice organizer boxes with separate compartments that have clear lids.. I think those will work nicely for prop boxes. I have a few left over from my business that I plan on using. I am also going to use one or two to organize some of my engine parts etc ...

My plan is to put a single or two brass screws in thru the bottom of each compartment long enough to stack two props on each screw and capture them with a nut or wingnut.. I'll post up a few pictures as I progress..

Sounds like it’ll work great. Look forward to seeing the pics!

Maybe a little more expensive, but the stick radio cases make great prop boxes. The Voyager tool case from Harbor Freight is similar. Voyager aluminum tool case I was given a BBQ implement set for a birthday present and ended up using the nice red case for props.

Propeller Enthusiast,
I have made dozen of propeller boxes 📦 and I have
found what I believe is the best way to hold them.
Brass Knurled Nuts on a black coated 10-32 machine
screws. They go on like butter even with wet hands.
I need to learn how to post photos on here so I can show
you what I use. Harbor Freight padded pistol cases work
very well especially for the money. You all have some nice
collections, but I don’t see many indexed propeller cards
so you know what you are running? Believe me it is worth
the time to index all of your propellers so you know what
works the best on each and every boat.

Enjoy Testing Those Beauties,

Mark Sholund

Really nice prop boxes guys! I see some 3 bladed S/S Cleavers, anyone know where I can buy 3 Blades/Stainless 2" or slightly smaller, interested in good condition used as well. Thanks
