I have for sale a almost never been ran outboard. I installed this on a Prather tunnel hull. Started it up at home and then never completed the boat. I'd like to say it's brand new but it only almost brand new. I have the original box as well. I'm going to ask 600 for this o/b as I understand it's pretty hard to get. I'm open to offers as well as I really don't know what it's worth. That said I tried to picture the top of the pistol as best I could. I do not want to pull this engine apart. Okay how do I go about determining what shipping would be? I've never shipped anything to Australia. So this would be a first for me. I just tried out USPS using a medium flat rate box and it 90 bucks.

Not sure that is a drop. You just offered it to him at 400 shipped in post 4. Then you went up in post 7. I think you have over price your motor here. Yes they are not available, but no one is running 45 stock anymore.

I sent Shane a hull, 20 size hull, and it was $40 I think you did something wrong try not using a flat rate box I think that is where you went wrong

Say fellas I had no idea shipping was going to be 90 dollars. This is the rate I just looked up at usps and that for a medium flat rate box. Typically shipping anywhere in the us is around 40 or less. So why should I be penalized for the cost of shipping. When this started I had no idea shipping was going to be to Australia. I just went and checked again and the rate is 89.95. I'd be happy to send it for half that. I couldn't find a way to edit my post for the engine so I again offered it up to all interested in this engine not just Shane. So please let me know how I can ship this to Australia with insurance for less than 90.00.
 
Okay I found a box and calculated it using the these dimensions and with no insurance and it came out to 48 bucks. So thanks for suggesting using a different method of shipping. I'm so used to trying to use flat rate boxes so I can quote an accurate postage rate. So I learned something this evening.

The motor I sent to Shane, K&B Red Head with two P/S, cost was $66.

So my #5 post offer of $360 was rejected, but a lower offer was accepted ????????? in post #16 (my offer allowed for extra post costs)
 
Shane I think your offer wasn’t accepted because of the shipping cost. He’s just two states above California so shipping is allot cheaper. At the end both offers are about the same.
