I have used Ray suggestion before. You can also get fillers from West systems to add to epoxy. Works good for filling gaps or fillets along corners.

Depending on whether it's a structural area or not, I use West Systems, normally the 105 resin mixed with 206 hardener first and then mixed with colloidal silica(structural areas) or microballoons(fillets and fairing). You can make it as thin or pasty as you wish by varying the amount of "filler"
 
Phil Thomas gave me two different bags of silica of some sort years ago but it's gone, and it's for filling in seams before I seal and paint exterior of a wood hull, nothing structural
 
If the hull is wood...epoxy with ultra fine wood shaving dust works well....if its a epoxy hull..epoxy with corn starch(I'm cheap)...micro balloons ..and again you can make the filler as thick as you need...
 
Seal it the way it is with epoxy, then use Metal glaze, an automotive filler for blending bodywork. It the consistency of toothpaste and sands great on top of epoxy. It's also the best way to fill pinholes in epoxy which may not show up until you sand your first coat of primer. Been there. 🤔
 
I have always made the point that if I see an edge.. of some type.. it needs attention. I would use west 406 (like Julio)
