Pretty hard to go wrong with a CMB 67 Hydro. Great power and durability. Lots of pipes available for it.

Keep in mind that most motors purchased new need to be disassembled, cleaned, deburred, the head clearance checked.

Definitely check the head clearance, I've got a CMB 67 that spent much of a season "detonating" rather than running because I didn't check it before running it

Im new at the nitro in boats so any info is appreciated, have them on some airplanes. I do have a zippkits super sport with a zenoah. I also have a zippkits bullitt. I was thinking electric or nitro for the 1/8 scale

For 1/8 scale you need a 67 Nova, CMB, or even an old Picco or OPS if you just want to run for fun.Mike's kits build fast and everything fits as it should! There are good 45 kits to build JAE, KEP's, Road Runner, etc for riggers.

if you are looking for some older motors at a reasonable price I have a couple of os max 65 1 new and one 2 tanks of fuel ran through if you are interested.
