I see. The larger size rudder blade part No. was most likely produced later (mid 1990's and later). Probably developed for their gas deep vee boat kit.
The original Part No.'s 8052 & 8051 were first produced in mid-1980's.
What are you using the rudder blade on? Hydro/outrigger?

I believe the Prather wedge rudder Part No. you're looking for is 8057. Just a matter of finding one- may be impossible

Another solution:
Your Prather rudder blade (No. 8057) appears to measure approx. 6.180in length overall.
You could probably adapt (with minor modifications) this rudder blade to your bracket:

This rudder blade is approx. .6.700in long overall. You could trim approx. .50in length off of lower-end, and you'd be in ball park. One of the two mounting holes (the lower one) would have to be modified (re-located) to match the bracket holes. Looks like there is enough forward gap on your bracket for this rudder blade to mount. And the price is right.

Also, here is original Prather catalog/price listing pages (from 1985/1987). Funny they show part No. 8057 rudder blade for Piranha outrigger in the catalog images. But in the price listing they show No. 8052 rudder blade equal to part used in item No. 1070 (Piranha boat kit). Item No. 1071 is hardware kit for Piranha hydro kit. My rudder blades match part No. 8052 (which are included in Piranha running hardware kit). Go figure..........
