No Bill, it not about snooze you loose, it's about no communication. If Joern had said at work after I ask for his address I would have waited. I have had a lot of prop (tire) kickers on sales before, I waited hours without a reply before sale. Sorry if I upset anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally I would Give that person a day maybe (2) days to respond if I get nothing then I move on to the next person in line.

At the end of the day it’s on the hands of the sellers discretion.specially when dealing with a buyer overseas.
 
As the rules state:

#5- If there is any offers or deals pending between a potential buyer and seller any other interested individuals need to allow a reasonable time for a response to said deal/offer (at least 24 hours). It is acceptable to post something like I will take if he/she passes, etc. as that establishes a sort of waiting list if the offer or counter offers are not accepted. There has been a sharp increase in complaints and occurrences lately that has necessitated adding this rule.
