Lets go racing Chicago Challange

Marquette RC boat club is holding it's Chicago Challange boat race Aug. 4th . sign up at rcracingevent.com
All classes offered. We're holding a huge raffle for lot of great boat stuff. There will also be a separate raffle for drivers only to win a great gift. We will have three rounds of racing. Whats going on lots of views no responses . Looks like only a few poeple want to race in District 4

I wish I could be there for this race, when we lived in Iowa, I was always, at this race, nice big lake, plenty of room to maneuver, during the race, there was a nice big water spout, shooting out of the back stretch, made racing kind of interesting, I remember a walk out fishing pier, along the shore line,to the right of the driver stand, every once in a while, a boat would try to go under the pier, along the shore line, and disappear, during the race, oh my what fun!!!!. We live, in Cape Coral, Florida, and I try to race, around the Florida area, this race brings back many memories."

Good luck to all the racers.. This race is past my 5.5 hour weekend drive limit.. I have raced at this event in the past and Dick is right.. its a nice spot!
