I like it Phi!

Be careful of the wing braces that mount to the transom with the clevis's. When your wings come off, the piano wire swings down into your prop. Then it's a real mess. Been there.
I put 2-56 balls and cups on the ends. That way, the piano wire stays with the wings.

Yea thinking about using some nylon screws there and on the verticals

Really nice work! Very, very clean installs.

I hit a wicked hole one time that sheared the 4/40 nylons at the top of the uprights and the horizontal rotated behind the boat on the strut rods and the rudder blade skewered it right through from top to bottom and was sticking an inch out the other side. How the hell that is even possible is beyond me.

Yes there are problems of all sorts, I have to believe in stronger is better, but still light, I can use the wing for launch handle HA
I have the parts ready for a coat of primer, waiting on a bit warmer day this week.
Not too much hanger rash to coverup.

Not sure if he is still making it all

to pay for the extra quality here in
States.

I do have a slightly used Timex,,many laps on it, few crashes, few got it run overs, and few ran them overs. 10 years old may need some touch up on the paint.
