A couple more pics of the build. Now has sponsons. May get a chance to skin some surfaces later (might hit Toledo Show for a while). But at a min it will get 2 pieces of spruce from sponson tips to transom tonight. Sorta locks in, rather out, a twist in the hull.

Is this a ML Boatworks 1/10 Scale? I'm thinking of getting the 8255 frame kit and building the U-100 BOAT for ERCU racing.

Jerry, as far as I know, Mike's kits are the only ones that come with a sponson sheer template for the downward curve on the right sponson

Yes Jerry, its the Newton 172 - MHR 0001 been a pretty quick build. We'll see how the rest of it goes. built Mike's GSX310, have run it as a p spec last season.
