Brandon,
How does that Shaman handle the power of that Novarossi? I recently traded a .21 DD and a Bouchie pipe for a Shaman with an Ernie Laufluer CMB RS conversion on it. That boat is wicked fast, but to keep it on the water it has to be driven with finesse.

We’ve had pretty great luck with them!
Putting that kinda power on one does make for the need to have a very on point set up, and above average rough water can become a fun game to beat. Once you find the magic it is no doubt my favorite boat to drive. A breeze with handling as well.
Props such as a 1450 work the best as you can bury the motor height, aiding in the handling

I’m still fine tuning my Nelson powered Warhead. I’ve won the majority of the heats I’ve raced in locally so far, but I sold my Vision hull to team Bonahoom and they have it set up pretty well with a Nova 46.I think when Greg gets dialed in to driving tunnels as well as he drives his outriggers and sport 40, the competition in the class is going to be much more challenging.

The 40 tunnel class over by us has spiked incredibly since the .46 came around. Alot of people got tired of fooling with a lot of the older motors and bit the bullet. Beat decision that coulda made to the keep the class up. We gave our old warhead to a friend and it hauls the mail with an old KB.
We still run the Nelson’s as well, my brothers shaman rolled with one prior to being hit at the last race he attended. They are awesome boats
