I measured the ball on my 7D and it measures 4.62mm or .182in. I would look for a heli or rc car end link or linkage end that would work. a post on RC groups said the Dubro 2-56 link works, remove the ball and snap on. DUB-367

make sure the oil you use is for premix and not oil injection used on marine engines.

sand well and bondo, spot putty, blend and then prime. some bondo only works over a primer, so make sure you follow product directions.

what voltage? I have burned up several with 6.6v packs, they won't tolerate anything over 6.0 volts, I use a voltage regulator at 5.2-5.4 volts now.
