Carl, They were made by Richard E. Konen (REK) who owned an injection molding shop somewhere in the Tampa area. The old website was REKmachine.com, but that website is no longer active.

The roaring top batts are favorites amoung many of the guys. You will need at least 7000 mah to finish a six lap heat. Most use 2 X 4s packs. We should take this conversation off line, as it is clogging up Mic’s race thread.

You will find guys running everything from 26" to 34" hulls, from virtually every manufacturer. The most popular is probably the 29" Delta Force hull.

HRC will be unable to supply the water jacket as the owner Dave Hampton passed away several months ago.

Batteries are suspect. Check battery IR.
