And there you have it, one custom rolled turbine tube. Once you've got the the aluminum rolled to the proper diameter drill a few evenly spaced 1/8" holes & secure with 1/8" x 1/8" aluminum rivets. You want about a 1/2" overlap between the two edges to give the rivets good bite. Do not use steel rivets as they will crease the aluminum before they become fully seated & the mandrel pops free.
