This tool is used to make head gaskets. Drill correctly located holes in all the brass pieces necessary when they are clamped between two aluminum plates. Tap the bottom plate only; bore the correct size ID hole; clamp on the arbor & machine the OD. IF machined properly, the head gaskets will not have burrs.
