Air prop driven boat that looks like at speed nothing touching the water. Basically flying. Maybe from the G's it turning or the areo effect on the water. Probably a little of both.

Yes there is no turn fin or rudder!
But as the rules say the boat has to touch the water three times per lap, otherwise it is disqualified !
