I have two powerheads I will be selling if interested.
Each has an RG sleeve. I had the cases bored out to take the RG sleeves rather than taking material away from the OD of the sleeve. Didn't like the idea of thinning down the walls of the sleeve.

Why does the RG sleeve have to be turned down? Is it made out of a thicker material or does the piston have a slightly greater diameter?

Zach, yes, the sleeve wall is thicker. The top lip is also thicker and can be adjusted to alter timing as well.

Here are the power heads.
Both engines are in great condition with little run time. #1 requires a little more break in.
#1 RG piston and sleeve, ceramic engine bearings, case bored to accept standard diameter RG sleeve.
