When the seller pays the PayPal fees how do you structure the transaction? Whenever I "Send Money" I get charged.

if you purchase goods from a company they pay the fees,,well they should

I think they should get rid of the gift option and I am sick of people asking pay 3% or send as a gift.

I usually wont buy from someone (here or anywhere) that asks for the paypal fee--- just figure it into the price of the item for sale and call it good--very simple --also dont usually gift payments

I disagree. Paypal (owed by Ebay now BTW) makes an obscene amount of money annually off of these fees, so much in fact that the IRS wants a piece of it and are currently trying to figure out how to pull that off. If I'm doing a transaction via Paypal and it's someone I know and/or have history with I have ZERO problem with asking for payment via friends/family where the fees get waived.
