Larry Kraemer IMO has the best stuff for 1/8 driver stuff, you may have to mix and match some of his stuff, do some adjustments to come up with the driver appearance your looking for but that's part of the scale experience, tough to find an off the shelf solution.

Been a while since I've spoken to him, email always worked for me, maybe reach out to one of the west coast rcu guys and see if Larry is still offering the service.

Might just be the vacation season that's keeping him busy, I know he does all the casting and he has a friend do all the intacrit sewing, bet it's just that.

It could also be that many are taking their cars in for "end of summer service" since he is an automotive mechanic. For those that don't live in the US, last weekend was a holiday weekend so it's possible that he's been out of town on vacation
