D&DJ Carbs what do boaters want. (Formally D&J carbs )

Hi Everyone my Dad and I are looking at possibly making a batch of carbs for the entire Novarossi line of marine Engines, .12, .21, .46, .67, .91. We want to know how many people would be interested and what bore sizes are you guys looking for. We want to produce what you the boaters want. 7075 housing with a 6061 hardcoat anidized barrel. Prices will be,

.12, .21 - 65.00

.45, .46 - 75.00

.67, .91/1.01 - 85.00

Stan the cost would be 75 and I'll need you to send me a carb so i can get the mounting flange dimensions off of it. I'll PM you my address.

David same for you the .45 would be 75 and the .91 would be 85. And I would need a carb for the .91/ 101 for the mounting flange dimensions.

Dale,

What carb bore size are you making for the Nova Rossi 12-SCT motor?

A .085" spraybar with a .275" throat would be good? Could you make the

carb so you could install the O.S. In-Flight needle into the side plate?

Mark,

We can make it anyway you want. It would require a custom side plate for the OS needle and we can do that for an extra 15 dollars as we would have to make a one off side plate. Just let me know if that's ok with you.
