Greg the rv site at the Space and Rocket museum is very nice also if you have access to military bases the RV site at Redstone Arsenal is good and close to the PX, filling Station and commissary. It is also the closest RV camping to the race site.

Shazaaaaam! The Race is open!

Asking a few questions on this open forum as they are similar to what others are asking.

What is the "cut off date" The mail in entry mentions that the entry must be in by this date, however I cannot seem to find the date in the entry portal. Apologies in advance if it is indeed there. Others mentioned the Pay Pal payment method did not seem to be working so I went with the USPS.

I did not see the "Single X Hydro" Entry option in the portal, I entered "X-Hydro" Did not see the Single X offering as mentioned in post # 69.

If I go back and enter "Single X Hydro" once it is available how to I avoid paying another 10 bucks for "first boat fee"

If possible I would suggest a quick look at the entry formats from the prior 5 events for reference.

Is there a reason that entries via PayPal on rcracingevents.com are not being shown on the listing of participants or class entered?

Yes I just talked to Bill on rcracingevents, he said he is sending me a link to paypal so paypal will send the entries back to rcracingevents when they are paid.
Says this has happened before and this race is one of the lucky one. I am going to close entries until tomorrow except for mail-in entries so I can fix the problem when I get Bill's email with the link on it. Sorry everyone I was as confused as you are about it. I will manually put in all the paypal entrants up to now until it get fixed.
