Bin down this road.I know...and that's the issue. I'm going to see if a can get some made with the correct OD
and a 2°-3° taper machined into the ID, with the minor diameter equal to cleaned up diameter
in case outlet. In looking at my Hobbs headers, the tube appears TIG'd on.
Bin down this road.
That is why I am asking if any one else makes a billet header for this eng.
Al Hobbs makes what you are after just call him
Make the parts and I'll weld it together for you .The MAC .45 had a small ex port and casting for the ex port in the case.
The header is made for this.
The AA header is a copy of the MAC header.
I gust may do that.Make the parts and I'll weld it together for you .
Al how big is the inlet on this header. The next larger size words for the CMB and NR 45 size engines in 10 degree. $39.00 delivered in the USA.

is it tapper ID? what is it at the engine end? what is the OD.Al's '67' header will work with ID's you're looking for, Dave.....we have them all here.
Mine comes in at .735 ID.
And, as you know, they are works of art, IMO.
