has anyone tried marks new 1614 cleaver?, tried one on my wild thing 21 and it was really fast. i like it better than the chopper. going to try it on the 21 ducer next time out

years ago i tried the chopper on my ducer, yep it needed transom setup to make it work. once you have a good setup on a ducer you dont want to change anything. always ran versions of the 440/3. in the mood to try something different

Boaters,

Oliver Douglas tested the new 1614/3-15-65% w/Cleaver-style blade shape

this past weekend and ran 58+ mph up in Canada on a 21-Seaducer.

Note: They did have to reduce the cup just a little bit on the trailing edge.

I believe the video is on Facebook now. Thanks for the update Oliver.

Thanks For Reading,

Mark Sholund

John V let me try this prop on my microburst a couple weeks ago. It was pretty uneventful, no changes needed, it just went faster. 😉

Ran 55 with a pipe that was too long, 5 year old fuel, and too much water cooling. Not too shabby.

tried marks new prop on my 33 ducer with a sorgente/nova rossi 21 with a fat 3280. once my head temp and the fuel mixture was dialed in , oh boy. really fast, going to try a bit longer pipe than i normally run but very pleased with marks prop
