Seaducer 20&40 Rudder Lengths

Just curios what rudder lengths folks are running on their Seaducers. I have been running them out of the box and I think they might be too long.

Do you have a copy of Jerry's assembly instructions? Both boats have a specific rudder length called for in the manual.

I normally cut about 1/2 inch to to 5/8 of a inch off the stock length rudder blades.

Jerrys instructions on the sd3 21 says 2 3/4 inch below the bottom of boat. The rudder is mounted 1 3/4 from center line of boat.
