Hi All,
In a effort to concentrate solely on our Website,Inventory and Customer Service.
We have decided to reduce our presence on E-Bay.
It may eventually be only 1 item on the site just so people know how to find us.
Reasons:
Inventory:
It is not fair that product be shifted away from our loyal customers who use our website, This leads to split inventory problems,
Also If we wanted to sell all our product on E-bay along with the website,it would become more of a customer service and inventory nightmare.
Price:
We had to raise prices to a level I'm not comfortable with,again not fair to our customers,
Service:
We want to concentrate on the Website in efforts to improve Design and Customer Service.
I know people buy through E-Bay because of the E-Bay Protection.
People do not need that with me as they will receive same or better service through our Website
If you have someone who was using E-bay to purchase our products please pass this information to them.
