Just checked Tap Plastics. The mat you're looking at is the only FG product that isn't epoxy compatible

No, what I'm saying is that the product line carried at Tap will all work with epoxy Except for the mat. It does not mean that what you've already found won't work

Most fiberglass mat is made with a temporary adhesive to hold it together in sheet form, this adhesive dissolves easily in polyester resin, and the fibers can shift and move around when wetted by the resin. Most epoxies don't seem to dissolve the temp adhesive and makes it very hard to get the mat to lay down into corners. Woven fabrics of fiberglass cloth come with temp adhesives that may or may not be compatible with epoxies. These cloth coatings will affect the the way the cloth "drapes' or how it goes down into the mold. The method of weaving will also affect the drape. There may be a mat out there that works well with epoxies, but I haven't come across one.
