Those flanges look similar to Al Hobbs pieces....IMO, his headers are far better quality than CMB, for less money....CMB is getting off their chain with pricing.

Those are al hobbs flanges I am cutting of the tubing opening the hole to the correct size and putting on the correct size tubing and with my time and materials and the price of the header that’s why I am charging that much i am only doing this for people that can’t find a correct size header the one Al sells for the 90 motors are actually a 67/80 header the hole and tubing size is way too small for a big block cmb

John, are you machining the actual tubes to size on a lathe?...if that's the case, you could probably turn the tubes to customer spec, right?

I wasn't complaining about your price, rather CMB's....I'm saying, IMO, yours appear to be better quality at a better price, that's all.

If you're down for it, I need some headers made for smaller engines, using Al's flange cups with special tubes TIG'd onto them, at typical 10° and 15° angles (hydro and mono).
I can supply the flange cups.

No just putting on a piece of 7/8 OD 3/4 ID tubing on there which is the perfect size for the big block cmb motors and I will put whatever angle they want on them
