91 cmb engine question

Need pipe lenght for cmb black quiet pipe and drill hole size for water jacket going to plug the outlet and use a drilled hole for water exit of a eagle sg rigger

At 10.5. Rember you can always shorten a pipe that's to long. Hard to make a short pipe longer

15cc should be around 11.5”-11.75”. Make the hole the same size as the ID of the brass fitting. Regulate flow at rudder.

I prefer to restrict at the exit. Pressurized water has a higher boiling point. .070 at the head and .030 from the cylinder. The small bleed hole at cylinder jacket keeps a small amount of water moving down there. (Prevents that **** pond scum from building up) pipe. 11.75 it will run sneak up to your 11.5

Another benefit is with an exit from the top. You will see if you lose water

So do you put a needle in the y fitting and screw it in or out for the flow?

Can be Y or T shaped. Thread hole with bottoming tap. Cap head machine screw long enough to bottom out/block flow. Tubing over the cap head screw to hold screw in position and to seal.
