flywheel

hey got a CMB from Paul Jackson the flywheel has been cut down.Is this an advantage as is less weight or is the stock flywheel better as it is a little heavier to carry thru the fire stroke?

these parts a brand new , they were in a new motor i bought and converted it to outboard asking $45.00 shipped OBO

Where do you buy the custom tricked flywheel/pulley part of the marine engine at? Thanks Johnny
