I have ML cowl, but will have to cut it up, reconfigure and make new mold to get it right. The cowl for 6677 is slightly different from 7505, but I could make it work. Thanks Troy had the right mold and it disappeared with other molds soon after his passing.

The greenhead has a different bore/stroke ratio and better fuel trnsfer to the ports which makes faster out of the box and you can't get the same out of the yellowhead. Add to that the availability of parts and it's a no-brainer. The OS9b is bullet proof and easy to get the right set up like...

I have a spec sheet for the 2005 CMB 67 greenhead which includes dimensions, timings, weight, etc. Are these engines any different from the greenies being sold now? Does anyone know where I can get a spec sheet on the 2008 models? Thanks, Randy

I have an engine to 1/4" square drive coupler from Marine Specialties and it's well made, but it's a monster. Where can I find a coupler that doesn't weigh a ton for a CMB .67 to 1/4'' drive?

I beleive you're talking about the set pin which correctly lines up the ports with the fuel channels in the casing. There should be a notch in the casing as well.
