I use atf mercon or dextron as after run oil in my ramped engines, never had any problems with the ramp swelling or coming apart, i dont think the ramp is for wot only, i think it helps when milling mid range throttle and wot throttle. Rc 90 boat.

jim do you have hot and cold readings for your radial runout readings on bearings? also do you take measurements with the bearing pre loaded or free wheeling.

I have had good luck with a octura x-670 back cut and tips rounded.

in my 19 years of rc boating I have never seen one sold once people buy one they hold on to them for dear life because they run so good in race water, I have one but will not sell it it is a blast to drive. I think they called it the intruder. rc 90 boat.

From the remote needle to the spray bar the fuel is not a solid stream of fuel the fuel just kinda trickles through this section of fuel line so why does this section of line have to be large id? I allways liked the old style carbs were the needle is right at the spray bar I think they work...

I disagree that larger is better also, especially pressure tap line to tank when you let off the throttle the tank pressure is lost quicker due to larger id of the line. with the correct id line the tank holds pressure longer , I have noticed this when milling.

don is 100% right torsion bar suspension is the way to go. on leaf spring trailers with double axels the tri-angle leaf spring equalizers allways rust and hang up causing one of the axels to hang up causing flat spots on the tires. I have seen this in my fleet trailers at work. rc 90 boat
