It's a simple fix, if someone enters as FM and shows up to race running 2.4 transmitter......DQ them, put it in the race flyer....problem solved. This is one of the reasons, I have not raced in awhile (among others). People gaming a hobby for bragging rights.

Maybe some misunderstood the slanted start line...it makes it so all the boats, no matter what lane they are in will travel the same distance around the course on the 1st lap...what does that mean....simple...no more need to fight for lane 1. The whole reason there are pile ups in the 1st...

There are those people...but I agree it is amplified if there is just a small group in the club....I was speaking of the shooting sports anyway. With that said...if everyone attending the race helped the host club, it would relieve the pressure.

The easiest solution is a fundraiser...post up a Paypal address and let everyone donate...let us know when you get enough to cover your expenses and time for the next year. People that don't see the value in your program are either stupid or they don't understand.....can't fix stupid.

Mic...I have been flying my Phantom 3 for about 3 months now....really amazing quad copter. Super stable video and a great flyer, it is pretty easy to fly also. I use it for Real Estate pics and have flown it in some pretty tight areas. Get one...it's a blast.

I think the point was...he has done nothing yet. I will wait and see what the new regimes ideas are.
