Sorry about that Jim, It gets hectic after a race concludes, with as many as 6 drivers and 6 pit guys all talking at once to the scorer. As a driver it's best to make sure the scorer hears your finishing position, and if there is a discrepancy to resolve it before the next heat starts. As the CD...
Many years ago the FMBC used products from this company to control weeds in one of the ponds we used for races. It worked very well. http://www.killlakeweeds.com/
Hey Guys, We are currently sitting at 37 drivers and 83 boats. This is shaping up to be a nice little race. All the classes have enough boats to run. We have quite alot of nitro entries this year. With 11 Sport 40's, 9 1/8 scales, 8 B-hydros, 6 D-hydros, 4 A-hydros, and 3 B-monos. Should be a...
So you used a AA wrist pin in a Mac steel rod even though AA wrist pin is a .001-.003 smaller then the hole in the MAC steel rod. No issues running a smaller dia wrist pin in the connecting rod then what is was designed for? Just asking? Thanks, Josh-
The piston (Wrist) pins were not the same size on mine.. The Mac the steel rod had a larger Dia (wrist) pin then the AA piston. The AA wrist pin hole was too small for the MAC pin. It was .002-.003 bigger. Just enough that it wouldn't fit.
How did you get the pin to fit? The piston pin dia is different between the steel mac rod and the AA piston. It's not a direct fit, if I remember right the MAC steel rod pin is a larger dia then the hole in the AA piston..
