Double check the rotor timing.
The backplate intake port should open as the piston is on the upstroke. OS rotor discs have two holes for the crankpin to engage. It's easy to hit the wrong one.
Compare the good runner with the dud.

Europe has been running 80% Methanol / 20% Castor Oil for years. World Class 10cc Tether Cars run 210+ on the stuff.
But...it ain't Nitro. AMA Controline Speed got stuck with 10% a few years ago. It sucks.
