The OS 9B is recently discontinued, they last sold for about $110 new. Any 9B in good running condition is worth at least $50. The best carb ever produced for 67 powered nitro scales.

So far Tower shows most parts still available. At a quick glance the carb barrel is the only thing not listed. Not a problem.
