Grim , AWESOME VIDEO !!!!! B)

And yeah, she has too much Dad in her ;)

I have been bitten

Put this together tonight,

hopefully the winds lay down some and I can shoot my first D-Motors ( D12/7's) in the am. B)

It will fire E-motors but Hobby Town doesnt sell them . (so where to get E-Motors reasonable ? )

Im pretty sure Im stretching the limits of my field with the D-'s anyway

Am I gonna need the larger pad for E-motor flight ?

Your local hobby shop can get Es.. (Estes)..You will have to ask.

I by my HP stuff from Chis Deam here in Urbana. Check for a local club.. Im sure somebody sells larger loads.

Grim

Nice looking hot rod.. get some shots off the pad for us.

Andy, talk to John about the E motors.......some pics...

Some of the rockets are over 30 years old and have many Launches! The Alpha and the Wizard ( PURPLE ROCKETS!) were built by Haley and Hannah, my 2 youngest G-KIDS! :) Andy your new toy looks great! Grim, do you recognize any of the rockets in the pics?(Are you as old as me? :D )

Congrats on your Level 1! You do an AWESOME job buildin and finishing your stuff!....MAN! Ive got like 20 rockets that i want to build flyin around in my head.....ITS CRAZY! :D

Bill I talked to Foley on his way back from the river this morning,

Im pretty sure we got him building one very soon B)

He said there are several large fields out you guys way in Hudson that would work well, maybe we could all hook up there soon.

Too windy for my field today to shoot the new Eliminator :(

You havent seen Foley do it yet

He was telling me about his " disposable rockets" they used to build

I will try and use proper terminology in the future :p :p

Andy, that would be GREAT,and yes, there is a nice large soccer field near Toms house where i used to fly control line airplanes...i havent been there in a while but if it hasnt changed i think it might be a great place for the kids and us to LAUNCH our rockets! :D :D Grim, i think that YORF still carries Mike Dorfflers posts......that guy was GOOD!
