ops90 black head

I picked up a ops90 black head off remy at aeromarine its all fresh new piston ,sleeve and rod is this gonna be a good running motor in a 42 sprint cat ? or would it be better in my 36 sprint cat?

42" cat with motor as far forward as you can get it. OMHO

remy suggested 15 inch from the transom I have room to go 18 I just worried its to far

PM Don Ferrette D-12 director, he also ran Remy's cats BITD. I remember moving it forward some and ran an S bend on the the shaft too get it low as I could in the hull.
