What is the set up?

Motor,pipe,fuel,boat,weight of boat,driveline size,etc.?

Most in our district are running: 1440,40x53,X-438,or 21 tunnel propellers

Backcut and reduced between 37 mm and 38 mm diameters.

These should get you going, remember not too much cup on a little 12 motor,

it will not be happy unless it is really twisting up the RPMs.
