I head about Stainless Steel tube replacement for the K&B 7.5 lower units. Any body know the ID/OD size of the tubing?

1/4" OD. BUT USE ONLY BRASS TUBING. STAINLESS WILL WEAR MORE THAN BRASS WILL & BRASS WILL LAST LONGER BY A LONG TIME.

years ago jerry dunlap wrote an article in r/c boat modeler on how it was done on the 3.5 lowers. he used brass tubing. john otto would have liners for your lower
