Hey Butch, I ran my Beta last Sunday with much improved performance just by running a hotter plug, OD 287T instead of the the 289T OD. The Beta may be like the NR DD just needs low HC and good heat via the plug. Tim

Thanks for the info Tim. Hope to run it this weekend.

I ran the bata this past weekend. One tank on bench for break in. It took two try's to get it take off and get on plane (real rich). Motor ran great. It was a little windy and ruff. I will run some more this next weekend.

Bata is having launch problems (not wanting to get on the pipe). I will try it in my jae this weekend. I tried pipes and props all the same issue the vac had. ???? I had my jae with the VAC running fast last weekend. It was pulling a H7 real good.

Mine seemed to get better as it got broken in. I put on a smaller prop for a few rich tanks then went back to larger prop and it pulled it just fine. Are you trying different pipe lengths as well? I think the eagle likes a little less diameter prop than a Jae. I think 1445's are the ticket.

Ran the Beta in may jae sunday. Lots of bottom end power (got on the pipe right away). Speed was a little slower than my Vac but will try and shorten pipe and try some more props.

Bouchie pipe worked good but I think the cmb nitro had a little more speed. I will try more props with the Bouchie pipe this weekend. It gives the beta a lot of bottom end power.
